Jennifer McQueen brings curiosity, clarity and a campaigner’s mindset to her role as Director of Communications at Greenlife Industry Australia (GIA). She leads national communications efforts to elevate grower voices, influence policy and deliver tangible outcomes across the supply chain. Jennifer also heads up the industry’s Nursery Levy Communications Program, working to boost engagement with levy-funded initiatives and ensure growers see the value of their investment. With a career spanning regulated sectors – including disability, superannuation and agriculture – she is driven by a deep belief in fairness, transparency and giving people a meaningful voice. She sees communication not just as strategy, but as a tool for equity and change.
