Joanna Cave has 30 years’ successful leadership experience as CEO of a variety of peak bodies, member organisations and not-for-profit associations in the UK and Australia. Leading organisations into new eras has been a theme of Jo’s career as a visionary leader with a track record of achieving transformational change. Fearless or pragmatic as required with energy, curiosity, integrity & good humour, Jo is qualified in horticulture and landscape design, a steadfast advocate for the greenlife industry and joined GIA as its Chief Executive in 2021.
